1VAPOR DIFFUSION, SITTING DROP7.82936 mg/ml of CBC were mixed with 500 microM m7GTP and 500 microM NELF-E peptide in 120 mM NaCl, 1 mM tris(2-carboxyethyl)phosphine, 20 mM HEPES pH 7.8. Crystals grew at 20 C in mother liquor containing 0.2 M lithium citrate and 20% (w/v) PEG 3350.
