Initial screening was performed in 96-well plates using the nanolitre sitting-drop vapour diffusion method. The best crystals were grown in condition containing 0.1 M sodium citrate tribasic dihydrate, pH 5.0, 10% (w/v) Polyethylene glycol 6000. |
