A SINGLE MACROSEED, grown UNDER THE SAME CONDITIONS, WAS ADDED TO EACH DROPLET on the plate. THE DROPLETS WERE EQUILIBRATED AT 293.15 K using the sitting drop variant of the VAPOR DIFFUSION method. |
