[NMR restraints]

NMR restraints file is required to deposit NMR structures after February 1, 2008.

(version 1)

There is no restriction on the format for the NMR restrains data.
(Output format of Discover, Emboss, CYANA or X-PLOR is recommended)
The deposited restraints data is released as is with a part of PDB header on the top of the file and the coordinates of hydrogen atoms at the bottom.

(version 2)

The Version 2 NMR restraints files are represented in NMR-STAR 3.1 format, contain current PDB atom nomenclature, and provide accurate atom-level correspondences to the NMR model coordinate files in the current wwPDB archive. wwPDB started to release them on June 30, 2010.

For detailed information, please see PDBj News: Version 2 NMR Restraint Files to be Released in the wwPDB FTP on June 30, 2010.
