About

The CIF query service can be used to extract parts of an mmCIF file in a similar manner as the XPath search does for PDBML files, but contrarily to the XPath search service it does not have support for conditional searching. However contrarily to the XPath service, it does have support for the atom_site category and large structure entries. If there is enough interest for this functionality, we will consider adding it.
