1EVAPORATION9.5295.15Under anaerobic condition. 25-28% PEG3350, 0.1 M CHES pH 9.5, 3.0 mM ammonium iron (II) sulphate hexahydrate, 30 mM ACC. Micro-seeding was carried out. The crystals were soaked in 400 mM sodium bicarbonate in nitric oxide saturated well solution for ~30 min. to 1 hour. The crystals were flash frozen in liquid nitrogen.
