1VAPOR DIFFUSION, SITTING DROP6279Crystals were grown by sitting drop vapor diffusion in Cryschem plates using .6 ml reservoirs. The drops were composed of equal volumes of a 5 mg/ml virus stock solution of 0.1 M phosphate at pH 6.5, and the reservoir solution, which was 8% NaCl w/v in 0.1 M phosphate at pH 6.0. Crystallization was at 4 degrees C.
