CRYSTALS WERE FLASH-FROZEN IN LIQUID NITROGEN AFTER TRANSFER TO 2 MICROLITERS OF RESERVOIR SOLUTION CONTAINING 25% (V/V) GLYCEROL AS A CRYOPROTECTANT.
