THE CRYSTALS WERE CRYO-PROTECTED IN RESERVOIR SOLUTION SUPPLEMENTED WITH 20% (V/V) ETHYLENE GLYCOL, AND THEN FLASH-COOLED IN LIQUID NITROGEN. |
