CRYSTAL DROPS WERE SET UP USING THE HANGING-DROP VAPOUR DIFFUSION METHOD, INITIALLY AT 4 DEGREES C FOR 48 HOURS AND THEN TRANSFERRED TO 14 DEGREES C. |
