Basically all materials on the PDBj website is allowed to be reused under Creative Commons BY 4.0 International license, which requires to describe the credits (license type and licenser) along with the material itself. In principle, credits should be written near the content being used, but as long as they can be identified, they can be described in the other place such as the end of the book or chapter.
