SEQUENCE THE PROTEIN WAS EXPRESSED WITH THE FOLLOWING HISTIDINE-TAG (MGSSHHHHHHSSGLVPRGSH-) AT THE ...SEQUENCE THE PROTEIN WAS EXPRESSED WITH THE FOLLOWING HISTIDINE-TAG (MGSSHHHHHHSSGLVPRGSH-) AT THE N-TERMINUS OF RV2302. FOLLOWING THROMBIN CLEAVAGE GSH- REMAINED AT THE N-TERMINUS. BECAUSE NO 1H-15N HSQC CROSS PEAKS WERE OBSERVED FOR THESE N-TERMINAL THREE RESIDUES, THESE THREE RESIDUES WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE STRUCTURE CALCULATIONS.
