[wwPDB] 低分子リガンドと糖鎖の検証の強化について

Structure誌に掲載された新しい記事では、 糖鎖の分岐表現や２次元SNFG画像、関心のあるリガンドの識別、電子密度重ね合わせの３次元ビュー、低分子配置の２次元画像などの新機能が紹介されています。

３次元低分子構造の検証のためのこれらの機能強化とプロセスは、wwPDB/CCDC/D3R Ligand Validation Workshopからの提言と、 コミュニティの共同作業によるソフトウェアの採用を反映しています。

この原稿では、Validation of the Structures in the Protein Data Bank (2017) Structure 25: 1916-1927 doi: 10.1016/j.str.2017.10.009 に記載されているように、Validation Reportsの最初の実装以降に行われた強化点も紹介しています。
