We will remove the data files of the previous version of the PDBj Mine RDB from our FTP site

We will remove the old data files for the previous version of PDBj Mine, which was retired in 2014, from our FTP site on July 29, 2020. We will continue to offer the data of our current PDBj Mine 2 RDB on ftp://ftp.pdbj.org/mine2/. Mine 2 RDB also includes validation report(vrpt) schema.
In addition, the dump files and the delta files for the validation report (vrpt) schemas have been made available on our FTP site (ftp://ftp.pdbj.org/mine2/).
