PubMed Abstract: The three-dimensional structure of the N-terminal domain of an archaeal TFIIB, which has high sequence homology with eucaryal analogues, is strikingly similar to that of the C-terminal zinc ribbon of the eucaryal transcription elongation factor TFIIB.
