One sheet is constructed from two antiparallel strands (chain A and B) and unit cell translations along the b direction (i.e. X,Y+1,Z; X,Y+2,Z; X,Y+3,Z, etc.). The second sheet is constructed from -X,Y+1,-Z, -X,Y+2,-Z, -X,Y+3,-Z; etc. The crystal packing contains another interface between pairs of beta sheets; the second sheet is constructed from -X,Y+1,-Z+1, -X,Y+2,-Z+1, -X,Y+3,-Z+1; etc. |
