关于PDBj

日本蛋白质结构数据库（PDBj: Protein Data Bank Japan), 是一个依托大阪大学蛋白质研究所，与其联合开发及共同研究的重点项目。在运营维护全球统一的生物大分子立体结构数据库的同时，还提供各种与结构解析相关的应用工具及数据库。 PDBj由JST-NBDC (JPMJND2205) 和AMED-BINDS联合提供支持， PDBj 的标识 PDBj

设计采用了细胞色素 c（PDBID：1cyc），这是日本确定的第一个结构（每种类型的标识数据都可以从这里获得）。
