Q) Where can I download the data such as CSA, mentioned in theFunctional Detailspage?

A) Functional Details is additional information extracted by PDBj and not contained in the PDBML file. The information is contained in the PDBMLplus file, which is maintained by PDBj and available at:

ftp://ftp.pdbj.org/XML/pdbmlplus/pdbml_xp_gz/ --- compressed data file(.gz)
