The seed stock was prepared in the same crystallization buffer. Suitable crystals were soaked with 2 mM 5'-O-(N-(L-Leucyl)-Sulfamoyl)Uridine in an equivalent precipitant solution supplemented with 22% v/v ethylene glycol. |
