The seed stock was prepared in the same crystallization buffer. Suitable crystals were soaked with 1 mM 5'-O-(N-(L-Leucyl)-Sulfamoyl)Adenosine in an equilvalent precipitant solution supplemented with 22% v/v ethylene glycol. |
