EMBEDDED STRUCTURES WERE REFINED VERSUS A PENALTY FUNCTION BASED SOLELY ON THE EXPERIMENTAL RESTRAINTS AND LOCAL COVALENT GEOMETRY (BOND LENGTHS, ANGLES, CHIRALITY); NO ENERGY-BASED TERMS WERE INCLUDED.
