THE PEPTIDE WAS ...Text: THE SOLUTION STRUCTURES OF THE PEPTIDE (P26) BASED ON THE PHE508 REGION OF CFTR WAS DETERMINED BY 2D HOMONUCLEAR 1H NMR SPECTROSCOPY PERFORMED ON A 600 MHZ SPECTROMETER. THE PEPTIDE WAS SYNTHETICALLY MADE AND WAS UNLABELED. 2D 1H NOESY USING 100,200 AND 300 MIXING TIMES, 2D TOCSY AT 65 MS AND 2D COSY SPECTRA WERE COLLECTED WITH THE PEPTIDE IN 90%H2O/10%DMSO-D6.
