THE TOC34 CRYSTALS WERE GROWN AT 4 DEGREES CELSIUS BY HANGING DROP VAPOR DIFFUSION. A 2-MICROLITER SOLUTION (10 MG/ML IN 50 MM TRIS-HCL AT PH 8.0 AND 0.1 M NACL) WAS MIXED WITH A 2-MICROLITER RESERVOIR SOLUTION CONTAINING 22% PEGMME 5K AND 10% GLYCEROL IN 0.1 M HEPES AT PH 6.5.
