PDBML-noatom

PDBML-noatom files are the same as PDBML files except that there is noatom_siteCategoryelement. This means there are no atomic coordinates saved in the PDBML-noatom files.

The XML schema for the PDBML-noatom file is the same as the PDBML file provided at

• http://pdbj.org/schema/pdbx-v50.xsd

And can also be viewed using our interactive XML viewer.
