Yorodumi is a website to easily watch, move, rotate, learn, and enjoy 3D structures of biological molecules.
Data in the Protein Data Bank (PDB) and EM Data Bank (EMDB) are used.
Jmol and jV (PDBj Viewer) are used as molecular structure viewer applets.
Yorodumi is run by PDBj.

Saving image and script with Jmol is supported.
